OVERVIEW
This website (vozynton.com) is owned and operated by Vozynton LLC, a registered limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States ("Vozynton", "we", "us", or "our"). Throughout these Terms, "you" refers to the user, customer, or visitor.

By accessing our website and/or ordering our DIY Montessori kits, you engage in our "Service" and agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review these Terms thoroughly before placing an order.

SECTION 1 — ONLINE STORE TERMS & AGE ELIGIBILITY
By agreeing to these Terms, you certify that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence. Our craft kits are designed for early childhood cognitive and motor development (ages 4–9) and must be utilized under the supervision and guidance of a responsible adult.

SECTION 2 — ACCURACY OF BILLING & ACCOUNT DETAILS
We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for valid commercial grounds (e.g., unauthorized transactions, pricing errors, or automated fraudulent purchase attempts). You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and delivery information for every purchase completed at our store.

SECTION 3 — PRICING & PRODUCT MODIFICATIONS
Prices for our kits and accessory packs are displayed in United States Dollars (USD) and may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product model or bundle configuration at any time without liability.

SECTION 4 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All visual designs, product photography, trademarks, brand slogans, digital copy, vector logos, and custom code across vozynton.com remain the exclusive intellectual property of Vozynton LLC. Unauthorized reproduction, commercial distribution, or imitation is prohibited under US copyright and trademark statutes.

SECTION 5 — TOY SAFETY STANDARDS & INTENDED USE
Vozynton LLC certifies that all wooden components, gouache paints, and accompanying tools are manufactured and tested in alignment with the US Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and ASTM F963-17 toy safety protocols.

SECTION 6 — DISCLAIMERS & LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Vozynton LLC does not warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted or entirely error-free. Under no circumstances shall Vozynton LLC, its directors, officers, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website or products, to the extent permissible under United States law.

SECTION 7 — GOVERNING LAW & LEGAL JURISDICTION
These Terms of Service and any transactional agreements through which we supply products to you shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced pursuant to the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to principles of conflicts of law. Any legal proceedings shall be brought exclusively before state or federal courts situated in Sheridan County, Wyoming.
