REFUND AND RETURN POLICY — VOZYNTON LLC

At Vozynton LLC, customer satisfaction and child developmental enjoyment are at the core of our business. We take pride in the quality and safety of our Montessori DIY Craft Kits. If for any reason you or your child are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

1. 30-DAY RETURN PERIOD
You have thirty (30) calendar days from the date of carrier delivery confirmation to request a return or refund for your order.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To qualify for a standard return:
- The craft kit must remain in its original box with all accompanying natural wood boards, gouache paints, brushes, and pictorial guides included.
- Items damaged due to customer misuse outside of regular craft assembly guidelines are not eligible for a full refund.

3. DAMAGED OR MISSING COMPONENTS
If your parcel arrives with transit damage, broken wooden pieces, or missing parts:
- Email us within seven (7) business days of delivery at infos@vozynton.com.
- Please provide your order number alongside clear photos showing the damaged pieces or packaging.
- We will immediately dispatch a free replacement kit or missing components via express delivery at zero extra cost. If preferred, a full refund will be issued promptly.

4. RETURN INSTRUCTIONS
- Step 1: Submit your return request by emailing infos@vozynton.com detailing your order number and reason.
- Step 2: Our customer service team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code with warehouse delivery details within 24–48 hours.
- Step 3: Securely pack and mail the product to our registered facility listed below.

5. INSPECTION & REFUND TIMELINE
- Once we receive and inspect your return, an email notification will be sent.
- Approved refunds will be automatically processed back to your original payment method (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, or Apple Pay) within 3 to 5 business days, depending on your card issuer's banking clearance schedules.
- Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to defective merchandise or our fulfillment error.
